The event is co-hosted by the Asian Canoe Confederation, Water Sports Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, Chinese Canoe Association, Yunnan Provincial Sports Bureau, and the People's Government of Nujiang Prefecture. It is organized by Yunnan Songmao Sports Training Base, Education and Sports Bureau of Nujiang Prefecture, Culture and Tourism Bureau of Nujiang Prefecture, and the People's Government of Lushui City.
