In the theoretical teaching session, instructors started with the basic structure of kayaks, detailing the names, functions and assembly key points of each component. They also delved into the skills and key details required for kayaking, including operation essentials for different water flow conditions and weather situations, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the participants.

Simulated water rescue training for drowning victims covered various complex scenarios, testing their adaptability and collaborative rescue skills.

Swimming training enhanced their physical fitness and self-rescue abilities in water.

Specific training on handling emergencies such as kayak power failures and capsizing, as well as on-water rescue techniques, significantly strengthened their risk response capabilities during water rescue operations.
